Winning isn't just about talent; it is about the process. See the results of our Total Squash training method across national and international circuits.

The data shows our success rate. Out of 18 students we train, 9 have achieved the India Number 1 ranking. That's a 50 percent success rate in creating top-ranked national players.

A look back at a huge year of international achievements for our players. Shaurya Bawa became the first Indian in a decade to win a medal at the World Junior Championships, while our younger players made their mark at the US and Hong Kong Opens.

A massive achievement for our student Shaurya Bawa, winning a Bronze Medal at the Asian Juniors 2023. At only 17, he has another year to compete in this category, and we know he will continue to make India proud.

A snapshot of our 2023 achievements. From Tanvi Khanna's medal at the Asian Games to Abhyuday Arora becoming a national champion, our players have consistently reached the top of the podium.

Our students delivered outstanding results at the Indian Junior Open, an Asian Super Series Platinum event. We secured two winners and had eight players place in the top ranks across various age categories.

We are humbled by our results at the HCL 81st National Squash Championship. Tanvi Khanna was named Best Player of the Tournament, and our players made us proud in both the men's and women's categories.

Sanya Vats continues her dominant run with back-to-back Women's titles at the Southern Slam 2025. We also congratulate Abhyuday Arora for his win, backing up his performance at the Indian Team trials.

A fantastic start to the new year at the UP State Closed Squash Championship 2025. We are especially proud of 15-year-old Raghav Vashishta, who won the U-17 title and was a finalist in the Men's category.

Our results from the Western Slam 2024, where our players performed exceptionally. Abhyuday Arora won the BU-13 category, and our head coach Dhruv Dhawan won the MO-40 category, leading by example.

A huge feat for our academy at the Maharashtra State Open. Our players secured top positions, including two winners, showcasing the strength of our coaching program in Bombay led by Deepesh.

About Our Trophy Case: A Legacy of Wins

Winning a tournament is never an accident. When you see our students on the podium, you are looking at the result of 4 to 6 hours of daily training, rigorous match analysis, and specific tactical feedback. We don't just train players; we build the fitness, discipline, and mental resilience required to compete at the state, national, and PSA levels.

The Squash Xtreme Methodology

We call it 'Total Squash' because we don't believe in shortcuts. Whether it is a local state championship or a World Junior trial, the preparation remains the same. Our training ecosystem integrates elite squash fitness, biomechanical corrections, and real-time tactical feedback to ensure that every player is ready to perform under pressure.

Evidence of Excellence

Our results are not just numbers; they are the validation of a process we have refined since our early days with just 8 kids. Today, our students consistently secure top rankings, including:

  • India Number 1s: Over 50% of our current students have achieved the India Number 1 ranking.
  • International Recognition: From World Junior Championship qualifiers to podium finishes at the Asian Juniors and US Open, our players are competing and winning on the global stage.
  • Domestic Dominance: We frequently top the charts at the Indian Junior Open, HCL National Squash Championships, and various State Opens across the country.

The Team Behind the Trophy

We firmly believe that parents are the real chief guests in our academy. Our success is a shared journey between our coaching staff—led by head coach Dhruv Dhawan and mentors like Lalit Varma—and the families who trust our process. Whether it is our high-performance camps in the hills of Uttarakhand or our daily drills at the Major Dhyan Chand National Stadium, we provide the environment where iron sharpens iron. If you are looking for more than just coaching, and want a partner in your child's squash journey, we are here to work.
