Featured Tennis Training and Coaching Highlights
A snapshot of our commitment to building tennis champions—from early-stage junior development to adult technical mastery across our courts in Delhi, Agra, and Kasauli.
This is where the game is won. We are breaking down the return of serve, focusing on the split step and keeping the racket forward. "Racket hamesha aage rahega" is our mantra for a reason; it ensures you are always ready to react and take control of the point from the very first shot.
The slice serve is a tactical weapon, and we teach you how to master it. This video shows one of our adult players working on the technique, focusing on racket speed and ball toss to generate spin that pulls opponents off the court. It's about adding variety and intelligence to your game.
This is what "Building Champions" looks like. Here is our U-10 player, who trains with dedication every single day. This montage shows her journey from intense on-court drills to her success at a recent tournament. We believe hard work on the practice court translates directly to match-day results.
A powerful forehand is the cornerstone of a modern tennis game. We work tirelessly with our players on generating effortless power through proper weight transfer, body rotation, and a clean contact point. This is an adult player honing his weapon on the clay court.
Escape the city and elevate your game with our tennis camps in the serene hills of Kasauli. We combine high-intensity training with a refreshing environment, offering a unique opportunity to focus completely on your tennis. This is more than a camp; it's a tennis retreat.
Depth on your backhand keeps your opponent on the defensive. This drill with one of our junior players breaks down the key components: a quick shoulder turn, a wide base for balance, and driving the hands forward through the ball. We focus on these small details that make a big difference.
Tennis connects people across the globe. It was a pleasure to host and train with Radmila, a passionate player from Florida, at our academy in Delhi. We welcome players from all over the world to share their love for the game and train on our courts.
The ready position is more than a stance; it's a mindset. It signifies focus, anticipation, and being prepared for any shot. We instill this discipline in our young champions from day one, because every point starts before the ball is even hit.
About Featured
We believe the real game happens in the daily grind, not just on tournament days. Whether you are training with us on the clay in Agra or our hard courts in Delhi, our focus is consistent: 'Racket hamesha aage rahega' (Always keep your racket in front). We don't just hit balls; we break down every motion—from your split step to your follow-through—to ensure you are physically and mentally ready for the next shot before it even arrives.
Success in tennis is a process of refinement. When you train at the School of Tennis, you aren't just getting a lesson; you are plugging into a system designed to build fundamental strength and tactical intelligence.
Our Training Approach
We tailor our sessions to your specific needs, whether you are a junior player just starting to understand court geometry or an adult looking to sharpen your match-play efficiency. Our coaching centers on:
- Biomechanical Correction: We use video analysis in our 1-on-1 sessions to fix technical leaks in your forehand, backhand, or slice serve. If your contact point is off, we see it, and we fix it.
- Mental Toughness: Tennis is played between the ears. We simulate pressure in our drills—using tie-breakers and target-hitting games—to keep you cool when the score gets tight.
- Physical Foundation: We incorporate agility ladders, core work, and footwork drills to ensure your fitness matches your technique.
Locations and Facilities
We operate across different environments to help you adapt your game. We have clay court setups in Agra (ILTA Academy) and hard courts in Delhi NCR (Pitampura and Shalimar Bagh). For those who want to get away from the city, we even host high-intensity training retreats on the hard courts in the Kasauli hills.
Whether you are booking a private hour for intensive technical work or joining a group session to increase your hitting volume, the expectation remains the same: show up, listen, and put in the work.
