About Led by Champions: Our Coaching Team
We don't believe in shortcuts. When you train with us, you are learning from ex-national champions and WSF-certified coaches who have been in the trenches. Our head coach, Dhruv Dhawan, and our mentor, Lalit Varma, have built a system where every drill, from a simple backhand drop to high-intensity court craft, is designed with a singular purpose: to build a complete player.
Our 'Total Squash' system isn't just about swinging the racket. It’s about building a foundation that lasts. We focus on four pillars: technical racket skills, physical fitness, tactical mindset, and game analysis. We keep our batch sizes small—sometimes just 1:3 for our competitive tracks—because we need to watch your swing, correct your positioning, and refine your movement.

Why do our students succeed? Because they are coached by people who have lived the competitive journey. Our mentor, Lalit Varma, oversees the development of both our grassroots talent and elite programs. His experience ensures that when we hit the courts at the Major Dhyan Chand National Stadium, the intensity is real.
