About The 'Total Squash' Training System
Our training isn't cookie-cutter. When you walk into our sessions, you see 8-year-olds working on grip mechanics next to pro-level athletes grinding through high-intensity circuits. We mix them because we believe the energy of champions rubs off, but we keep the coaching strictly separated into our beginner, semi-private, and high-performance tracks to make sure your child gets exactly the level of attention they need.
How Total Squash Works
We don't just teach kids to hit a ball. Total Squash is a holistic framework that breaks the game down into four pillars: racket mastery, court movement, fitness, and mental toughness.
Our Training Pillars
- Racket Mechanics: We start with the fundamentals—grip, swing path, and ball judgment. For our beginners, this is about building a foundation that doesn't need to be fixed later.
- Strength & Agility: Squash is a game of explosive movement. We integrate agility ladders, hurdle work, and core circuits to ensure players can handle the high-impact nature of the sport.
- Game Intelligence: Our senior coaches use video analysis to dissect match play, helping juniors understand T-positioning and tactical boasts, not just raw power.
Where We Train
We operate out of the Major Dhyan Chand National Stadium in New Delhi, providing access to professional-grade glass-back courts. For our competitive track, we also run high-altitude training camps in Janglia Gaon, Uttarakhand, where we push endurance and recovery to a different level.
Is this right for you?
- Beginner (Ages 6-9): Focuses on fun, coordination, and basic confidence building.
- Intermediate: 1:3 ratio sessions that correct strokes and introduce competition strategies.
- High-Performance: For serious national-level aspirants, this includes double sessions and expert sparring with our pro squad.
