The Coaching Philosophy

We do not believe in one-size-fits-all training. Under the direction of Todd Clark, who brings over 13 years of full-time coaching experience in India, our academy implements an international standard of development. We prioritize foundational skills for younger players while integrating high-performance metrics for our tournament-bound athletes.

Our Coaching Hierarchy

• Technical Oversight: The curriculum is designed by Todd Clark to bridge global training standards with the specific demands of the Indian junior circuit. This ensures our players are prepared for the unique pressures of national and international competitions.
• Daily Development: Our senior coaches, such as Maulin Aghara, manage the day-to-day training modules. This provides stability and ensures that every student receives consistent, personalized attention in their development journey.
• Performance Science: We treat fitness as an equal pillar to tennis. Our Strength & Conditioning coaches, including Himanshu Bishnoi, integrate plyometrics, core stability, and agility training into the weekly schedule to build the endurance required for long tournament days and to minimize injury risk.

We provide transparency in our coaching process. Whether your goal is securing an NCAA Division 1 scholarship or dominating the AITA national rankings, our staff provides the technical, physical, and tactical support to get there. We track progress through regular assessments, ensuring that every training hour serves a clear developmental purpose.
