We are taking squash out of elite city circles and into the hills. Our mission is simple: provide professional coaching to kids who have never held a racket and turn them into champions.

At our grassroots camp, kids are given free coaching, free equipment, and a free diet plan. We believe in giving every child a chance to succeed.

About Grassroots Mission: Nurturing Talent Everywhere
We run our grassroots programs with the exact same rigor as our Delhi high-performance batches. Every student, whether they are from a village in Uttarakhand or a city center, follows the same 'Total Squash' curriculum: daily fitness, technical stroke correction, and mental conditioning. We do not believe in shortcuts; we are here to identify talent, build resilience, and help children earn their spot in the national rankings.
This project began as an experiment in Janglia Gaon, Uttarakhand, to prove that squash talent isn't exclusive to metropolitan cities. We built ASB courts in the hills to provide high-altitude, clean-air training, but the real work is the daily commitment. Our coaches from Delhi travel to run these camps, providing equipment, nutrition plans, and mentorship to local children.
Our 'Total Squash' philosophy is simple: we teach the game as a life skill. It is not just about winning medals—though we have plenty of those—it is about opening doors. Squash gives these children a path to employment in the Army, Navy, or as certified coaches, changing the trajectory of their families.
We maintain a strict coach-to-student ratio even in our grassroots camps. We do not just teach them to hit the ball; we use video analysis for swing correction, run specialized agility ladders, and focus on the T-positioning that wins matches. We are building a community that values hard work over shortcuts, and we are just getting started.
