We use feather shuttles to accurately mimic real tournament flight paths, so be ready to leave the court tired, drenched in sweat, and significantly faster than when you arrived.

What to Expect in Advanced Sessions:
- Smash & Keep: This is our staple attack-versus-defense exercise. You aren't just hitting a power shot; you are recovering instantly to handle the return. It builds the core strength and mental speed required for sustained rallies.
- Net Tap & Kill: We focus on quick, decisive movements at the net. Coaches Siddhesh and Bhuvanesh lead these sessions, sharpening your hand-eye coordination so you can turn a defensive drop shot into a winning point.
- Match Simulation: It is one thing to hit a shuttle in practice and another to hit it under the pressure of a match. We incorporate competitive simulations, forcing you to think about doubles rotation, court coverage, and service return placement.

We conduct these sessions across our locations, including the Vasant Vihar Club, Kalpataru Paramount, and Pawar Public School in Bhandup. For these advanced modules, we prioritize professional wooden courts with BWF-standard synthetic mats to protect your joints during explosive movements. We only use feather shuttles to ensure that the spin and speed you experience on court match what you will see in official tournaments.
