We don't just feed shuttles; we run high-intensity 2-vs-1 scenarios where one student defends against three attackers to build genuine match-day reflexes. It is tiring, it is fast, and it is the only way to develop the defensive speed required to hold your ground when the rally gets intense.
When you step onto the court for a tournament, the shuttle doesn't come nicely to your racket. That is why our tactical training focuses on variables you will actually face in a real game. Our advanced coaching sessions in Virar and Vashi are built around simulation.
What we focus on:
- Bio-mechanical Correction: We analyze your smash and clear mechanics to ensure maximum power with minimum injury risk.
