Badminton is as much about fitness as it is about skill. See how we use HIIT and conditioning drills to build court-ready athletes across our Thane and Bhandup venues.

We build well-rounded athletes with a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) routine. Our sessions progress from walking and jogging to shuttle runs and dynamic exercises like high knees and side hops.

Warm-up is where it all begins. We get our players ready for an intense session with dynamic stretching and light cardio to prevent injuries and maximize performance.

A proper warm-up is crucial. Coach Siddhesh leads the group through a series of movements to get their muscles firing and ready for the drills ahead.

Every practice starts with getting the body moving. Our players warm up with running drills under the watchful eyes of our coaches to ensure they are prepared for the session.

Our warm-up routine at Pawar Public School gets the kids energized and focused. We use cone drills to work on agility and coordination right from the start.

Agility is built step by step. Our players work through ladder drills to improve their footwork, speed, and on-court coordination.

Ladder drills are essential for developing the quick, precise footwork needed in badminton. Our players practice various patterns to enhance their agility and speed.

Quick feet win rallies. We use cone shuffle drills to improve our players' lateral movement and ability to change direction explosively.

We make fitness fun and engaging. These cone drills help improve our players' agility, balance, and coordination in a dynamic way.

Our training includes a variety of agility exercises. Here, players work on their quickness and footwork patterns around cones.
