About Acrylic Canvas Paintings
When we work on a commission, I start with 2-3 rough pencil sketches based on your ideas. You see exactly how the composition is taking shape before I touch the canvas, and I send weekly updates so you are part of the process from start to finish.
I use heavy-body acrylics on high-quality primed cotton duck or linen canvas to ensure the colors stay vibrant for years. My work often explores themes of human connection, blending mythology with modern, urban interpretation. Whether it is a serene meditation piece or a dynamic figurative work, I focus on heavy textures and bold color palettes.
Once the painting is complete, I apply a double coat of non-yellowing varnish, either gloss or matte, to seal and protect the surface. Since I ship these across India, I roll the canvases in sturdy, heavy-duty PVC tubes. This is the safest way to transport them. You can then take the canvas to a local framer to get it stretched or framed to match your home decor.
