Modern Figurative and Portrait Paintings

Every person has a unique story, and my work is about translating that into art. My figurative and portrait commissions start with a conversation. We discuss the mood, the subject, and the specific details you want to highlight, like a favourite accessory or a special setting.

The Process

I work primarily with acrylics on stretched cotton canvas. This medium allows for rich colours and layering, which helps bring out the depth in a face or the softness of fur.

• Pet Portraits: These are my absolute favourites. Whether it is a Dachshund in the grass or a loyal companion, I focus on capturing their personality.
• Human Portraits: From capturing 'Shakti' or inner strength in women to candid moments, my goal is always to create something that feels real and alive.
• Customization: Because I paint these by hand in my home studio here in Bangalore, I can adapt to different sizes. Whether you need a compact 10x16 piece for a desk or a large 18x24 statement piece, we can find the right fit for your space.

Quality & Shipping

I treat every painting as if it were for my own home. My canvases are mounted on sturdy wooden frames with the edges painted, so they are ready to hang even without a frame. I sign every piece to certify it as an original. If you are not in Bangalore, do not worry. I wrap every artwork in protective butter paper and ship it in a sturdy, custom box to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition, no matter where you are in India.
