Virtual Art & Craft Workshop Series
Session Details
- Duration: 2 to 3 consecutive days.
- Timing: 60 to 90 minutes per live session via Google Meet or Zoom.
- Format: Large batch size (20+ participants) open to all ages.
- Recordings: Access available for 24 to 48 hours post-session.
Curriculum
- Demonstration: Live speed painting and stroke techniques by the artist.
- Themes: Focus on specific topics like Watercolor Riverscapes, Acrylics, or Waste Material Crafts.
- Interaction: Q&A segment included at the end of sessions.
Deliverables
- Certificate: E-Certificate of Participation provided.
- Reference: Digital reference images shared prior to class.
- Materials: Not included. Students must procure basic stationery (paper, paints, brushes) based on the provided list.
Seasonal Group Art Camps
Camp Logistics
- Duration: 3 to 7 days depending on the specific event schedule.
- Location: Educational institutions or community halls in Assam (e.g., Guwahati, Tinsukia).
- Setting: Large group classroom format with floor or desk seating.
Activities
- Syllabus: Covers drawing, watercolor basics, clay modeling, and paper crafts.
- Performance: Includes a live speed painting demonstration by the artist.
- Guidance: Roaming instructor provides in-person corrections.
Student Kit
- Included: Basic practice paper and Physical Certificate of Completion.
- Excluded: Students must bring their own coloring sets (pastels, watercolors, pencils).
In-Studio Advanced Art Mentorship
Studio Access
- Location: Private studio in Guwahati equipped with easels and professional boards.
- Schedule: 8 sessions per month (typically twice a week).
- Class Size: Small group setting ensuring semi-private attention.
Advanced Training
- Curriculum: Tailored instruction in Oil Painting, Acrylic on Canvas, and Realistic Portraiture.
- Technique: Focus on brush control, color mixing theory, and composition.
- Development: Assistance with portfolio building and competition entries.
Material Policy
- Infrastructure: Use of studio easels and drawing boards is included.
- Consumables: Canvas, paints, and brushes are not included and must be purchased by the student.

About Me
Art is my magic trick, and teaching is where I feel most alive. I’m Rabin Bar, maybe you know me as a speed painter or a world record holder, but really, I just love helping people tap into their own creative side. Amar khub bhal lage (I feel so good) when I see students of all ages enjoying art, even if they’ve never picked up a brush before.
Who Can Join
Age or skill level doesn’t matter here. I’ve taught everyone from chhoto bachcha (small kids) to grandparents. If you’re just curious or looking for a new hobby, you’ll fit right in.
What We Do
- Painting: Watercolor, acrylic painting classes for beginners, canvas art, folk art painting sessions, modern styles
- Drawing & Sketching: Portrait sketching lessons, cartoon art, basics of drawing
- Crafts: Creative paper craft workshop, clay modeling, upcycling art from waste, bamboo crafts

Extras
Everyone who completes an online workshop gets a digital certificate. If you want to try something new or just doodle for fun, aa jao (come along).

My Story
Hey, I’m Rabin Bar, speed painter from Assam – three world records, but honestly, nothing beats seeing people smile at my art. I’ve painted live all over India, Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, big crowds, big events. Still, Gogamukh and Dhemaji, my students, amar bhal lage (feels good). Always got my Gamosa with me, Assamese roots strong. Art’s my way to connect, make stories from a simple signature. Lucky to share this with everyone.
