Our Featured Commercial Design Projects
A look at our most impactful commercial work, where functional layouts meet distinct brand identities. From modern offices to refined boutiques, we create spaces that work as hard as you do.
We believe even functional spaces should inspire. This is the reception area for a doctor's clinic, designed to feel more like a luxury lounge to create a calming and welcoming experience for patients from the moment they arrive.
A glimpse into a modern office meeting room where creativity thrives. We used bold color accents, including a vibrant red light fixture and multi-colored chairs, against a backdrop of motivational wall graphics to create an energetic and collaborative workspace.
This is a retail space we designed for the 'Beige Bag' boutique. Our goal was to create a serene shopping environment using terrazzo flooring, natural stone walls, and warm wood, allowing the products to be the heroes of the space.
We designed this lounge and bar area as part of a private wellness center. The moody, dark tones, custom neon lighting, and sleek pool table come together to create a sophisticated space for relaxation and social connection after a workout.
This is a look at a school facade we designed, blending classical architectural principles with modern construction. The grand columns and symmetrical design create a sense of permanence and academic prestige, showing our capability on large-scale institutional projects.
We designed this children's discovery room to be a world of imagination. This video shows the different sensory zones, like the 'Calm Underwater Zone' and a tactile wall, created to stimulate learning through play and exploration.
A modern take on a classic billiard room. We combined rich wood textures on the pool table and ceiling with contemporary furniture and lighting to create a sophisticated yet comfortable entertainment space for a commercial establishment.
About this collection
Designing a commercial space is about balancing hard-nosed efficiency with a vibe that keeps you and your clients coming back. We don't just focus on the look, we focus on the flow—how your staff moves through an office, how customers browse a boutique, or how a patient feels in a clinic. It is never a straight line from concept to execution, but that is where the best ideas happen.
Every space we touch serves a purpose. When we design an office, we aren't just placing desks; we are considering how the workflow feels at 2 PM on a Tuesday. When we design a retail boutique, we are thinking about how the light hits your products and how the layout guides a customer's journey through the store.
Our approach is rooted in materials that last and a design language that stays contemporary without trying too hard. We lean heavily into textures like terrazzo, micro-concrete, and fluted panels because they add depth to a space without cluttering it. Whether it is a corporate office, a wellness lounge, or a specialized healthcare clinic, we prioritize durability as much as aesthetics.
We know that the 'final look' in photos doesn't tell the whole story. The real work happens in the site visits, the last-minute lighting adjustments, and the inevitable problem-solving when a design plan meets reality. That is part of the process, and we embrace the chaos to get to the right result. If you are looking for a space that is planned for your specific operations rather than just a stock layout, let us talk through how we can make that happen.

I’m Swasti, and at Spectre Architects, we stop treating commercial spaces like generic boxes. I believe your work environment should be as sharp as it is functional, which is why we handle everything from the initial space planning to the final material sourcing.
