About Architectural Design
When designing this school facade, we focused on the interplay between classical symmetry and modern glass. It wasn’t just about making it look grand, but ensuring the large windows and structural spacing served the classrooms and hallways inside, creating a sense of permanence that grounds the entire campus.
Architecture is rarely about just the exterior. In projects like this school, we start by mapping out the workflow—where the light enters, how the students move, and how the building sits within the landscape. The goal is to create a structure that feels authoritative yet welcoming.
The Design Approach
We balance traditional elements like grand columns and brickwork with contemporary needs. This combination allows for a timeless aesthetic that doesn't feel dated. We use high-fidelity 3D modeling and walkthroughs during the planning phase to identify potential issues before a single brick is laid. This helps us ensure that the final execution matches the vision.
Our Process

- Technical Precision: From MEP integration to structural GFC drawings, we handle the complexities that keep the building running, such as HVAC ducting and electrical looping.
- Execution: We guide the project through to completion, managing the 'drama' of on-site changes and material sourcing so you don’t have to deal with the chaos.
