Crafting a menu for a world-renowned brand like Guerlain is about translating their essence into flavour. These Honey Glazed Chicken bites with orange and star anise were created to reflect their Parisian sophistication.

The Sorriso Bar is where elegance is served. For this event at Maison Sia, I curated a selection of fine wines and prosecco, creating a chic beverage station that perfectly complemented the luxurious atmosphere.
