Whether you are refining your serve or building the consistency needed for competitive play, our training focuses on the mechanics and grit that win matches. Join us on the clay courts of Bangalore to develop your game.

This cinematic view captures the aspiration and dedication we instill in every player. We believe every child has a story of potential waiting to be written on the court.

We train our players to be explosive and athletic, like with this powerful jump smash. Our coaching focuses on developing advanced techniques to dominate points.

Technical excellence is key. This clip demonstrates how we teach the open stance, a crucial technique for generating power and ensuring quick recovery during intense rallies.

We focus on biomechanics to generate maximum power. This drill emphasizes upper body rotation, a key component for hitting deep, heavy balls with precision.

A proficient forehand is a player's biggest weapon. Our training focuses on developing the stroke mechanics needed for a powerful and reliable forehand.

Here, a player is honing her forehand technique. We use a combination of drills to build muscle memory for consistent shot-making under pressure.

A strong backhand adds depth to rallies and keeps opponents off balance. This player is working on his two-handed backhand for baseline consistency.

About this collection

On our red clay courts, we prioritize biomechanics over brute force. You will notice that our drills force you to rely on proper core rotation and footwork rather than just arm strength, which reduces long-term injury risk and helps you hit heavier, more precise balls during rallies.

Tennis is as much about mental strategy and physical endurance as it is about hitting the ball. At Sol Sports, our on-court sessions are designed to build a complete player, not just someone with a big serve.

We operate exclusively on red clay courts, which is critical for development. Clay surfaces force players to develop patience, longer rallies, and superior balance. You cannot just power through shots; you must build points. This environment helps our students develop the heavy spin and consistency required for both AITA and ITF circuits.

Our technical modules cover every phase of the game:

  • Foundation & Stroke Mechanics: We break down the forehand and backhand to ensure players use core rotation rather than relying on arm strength. This makes your shots more powerful and less prone to injury.
  • Serve & Volley: We emphasize the service motion from the toss to the follow-through, while our net play drills improve reaction time for quick decision-making at the net.
  • Situational Play: Instead of static practice, we run point construction drills where players learn how to handle pressure and make smart choices during live rallies.

Fitness is woven into these sessions. You will be doing agility ladder work and explosive movement drills alongside your technical practice. Whether you are training for your first state tournament or just want to improve your Sunday match-play, our coaching approach gives you the tools to compete effectively. We are currently running sessions at our Sarjapur Road and Electronic City facilities.
