About this collection
We don't just teach you to hit a ball. Every session begins with 15 minutes of agility ladder work on our clay courts to build the footwork foundation required for long rallies. It is the practical difference between just playing tennis and actually controlling the court.
Our approach to tennis coaching is built on the philosophy of 'Learn, Develop, Succeed.' We prioritize technique over power, especially in the early stages. Whether you are a beginner picking up a racquet for the first time or an advanced player refining your serve mechanics, we break the game down into its core components: footwork, kinetic chain, and tactical awareness.
Why We Train on Clay
We operate five premium clay courts in Seegehalli because we believe it is the best surface for long-term development. Clay is kinder to your joints, allowing for longer practice sessions without the impact fatigue associated with hard courts. It also forces you to learn patience. You cannot simply blast every ball past your opponent. You have to construct points, manage your movement, and anticipate the bounce, which builds a much deeper understanding of court geometry.
Our Coaching Roadmap
- Foundation: For juniors and beginners, we focus on grip correction, basic swing paths, and hand-eye coordination drills using mini-tennis. We start inside the service boxes to ensure you get the feel of the ball before moving to the baseline.
- Development: Intermediate players transition to live ball rallies. We move away from static ball feeding and introduce topspin forehands, double-handed backhands, and consistent point play.
- Tournament Prep: For those looking to compete in AITA or ITF circuits, we add high-intensity drills. This includes situational point construction, video analysis to correct biomechanics, and mental conditioning to handle pressure during matches.
We keep our student-to-coach ratio small, usually around 8 to 10 players, to ensure you receive actual corrections rather than just generic shouting from the sidelines.
