Kids' Private Art Party (Studio)
Core Supplies
- Canvas & Paints: One 10x12" or 12x12" canvas board per child with unlimited student-grade acrylic paints.
- Gear: Usage of wooden table-top easels, synthetic brushes, and fabric aprons to protect clothing.
The Session
- Guidance: Step-by-step instruction by a professional artist ensuring every child completes their painting.
- Venue: Exclusive or semi-exclusive use of the studio space with basic festive ambiance.
- Themes: Options for pre-sketched themes like Unicorns or Superheroes available on request.
Important Notes
- Exclusions: Food, cake, and beverages are not included. Guests may BYO snacks or order from the adjacent cafe.
Adults' Sip & Paint Social (Studio)
Activity Options
- Choose Your Medium: Select one activity from 12x16" canvas painting, canvas tote bag art, wine glass painting, or mandala art.
- Materials: specialized paints (acrylic, fabric, or glass), brushes, and tools provided based on selection.
Social Experience
- Atmosphere: Curated music playlist and a relaxed, no-judgment setting ideal for socializing.
- Support: Artist mentorship focused on technique correction and polishing the final output.
- Documentation: Host captures photos and videos of the session for social media.
Food & Drink
- Policy: Price covers the art module only. Guests may BYO alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages and snacks.
Doorstep Pop-Up Art Experience
Mobile Studio Setup
- Logistics: Transport of all equipment and manpower to locations in Gurgaon, Noida, or Delhi.
- Protection: Includes disposable plastic tablecloths/drop cloths to protect furniture and flooring from spills.
- Hardware: Portable standing or table-top easels provided based on the venue seating arrangement.
Service & Execution
- Duration: 2 to 3 hour engagement including setup and pack-up time.
- Supplies: Canvases, paints, water cups, tissues, aprons, and brushes for every guest.
- Staffing: Lead artist and assistants to manage the group and distribute supplies.
Client Requirements
- Venue: Tables, chairs, and adequate lighting must be provided by the host. Catering is not included.

I’m Ciya, and for me, art parties are about making memories, not just paintings. Every gathering is a chance to slow down, laugh, and try something new with your favourite people. Whether you're here for a birthday, a creative bachelorette experience, or just a chill afternoon, it’s all about letting loose and having fun.
What You Can Expect
- Any celebration works - birthdays (kids or adults), family hangouts, kitty parties, anniversaries, or something totally different.
- No art skills needed - seriously, even if you haven’t held a brush since school, I’ll walk you through every step.
- All supplies provided - canvases, paints, aprons, even the cleaning up!
- My studio's in M3M Urbana, Gurgaon, but I can bring the whole setup to your place anywhere in Delhi NCR. Your home, clubhouse, favourite café - just say the word.
- Want something different? We can do tote bag painting, fluid art, mandala, even a pottery painting party.
- BYO snacks and drinks if you’re at my place, makes it even homier.
- Every guest leaves with their own little masterpiece.

My Story
Hey, I’m Ciya, the face behind Soaked in Canvas. Delhi mom, dreamer, and now studio owner in Gurgaon – wild, right? Started with messy tables, late nights, and a bunch of doubts, but here we are. My studio’s got cozy corners and painted doors, all about chilling out, painting florals, and just letting go. Art’s my therapy, not about being perfect. If you want to paint, sip chai, and laugh at your own wonky mug, come by. Happiness, that’s what I’m after.
