Welcome to my quiet space. These pieces are my 'art therapy'—a mix of meditative dot work, vibrant patterns, and the simple joy of creating. Whether you're here to learn or just looking for a little peace, I hope these designs bring some calm to your day.

This 24-inch dot mandala is a piece of my heart, created with thousands of tiny, mindful dots. It shows the incredible depth and vibrancy we can achieve with patience and simple tools, a style I love teaching in my advanced workshops.

This is what pure joy looks like. I feel so much gratitude seeing my students proudly show the beautiful mandalas they created from scratch during one of my Mumbai workshops. Everyone starts as a beginner, but leaves as an artist.

Watch how a simple grid of lines transforms into an intricate mandala. In my workshops, I guide you through this entire process, showing you how to build patterns step by step. It’s not about perfection, it’s about finding your flow.

The beauty of ornate mandalas lies in their rich colors and bold patterns. This piece, painted with acrylics, shows how we can combine traditional motifs with a vibrant palette to create something truly stunning.

There is a classic beauty in black and white. This intricate fineliner mandala highlights the pure, meditative power of line work, a fundamental skill we explore in all my art therapy sessions.

Creating with Gelly Roll pens on black paper feels like making magic. The way the colors pop is just incredible, and it’s a favorite technique for many of my students looking to try something different.

From a blank canvas to a finished piece of art. This video shows the creation of a mirror-work mandala tile, a unique style we explore that blends painting with decorative elements for a beautiful, reflective finish.

This is my kind of therapy. Watch how a simple geometric pattern comes to life with color. This is a great example of how repetitive, structured drawing can be incredibly calming and satisfying.

Your art doesn't have to hang on a wall. I love teaching how to apply mandala and geometric patterns to everyday items like these handmade bookmarks. It’s a wonderful way to carry a piece of your calm with you.

A little glimpse into my world. This is me, surrounded by the art that brings me so much peace. Each piece is a part of my journey, and I’m so happy I get to share it with you.

About Featured

When you join my sessions, we don’t just fill paper with ink. We start with simple breathwork to settle the mind, then move into the 'saadgi' (simplicity) of a grid. You don't need to be an artist to start; you just need to be ready to slow down. I provide all the materials—Brustro paper, fineliners, and tools—so you can focus entirely on finding your flow.
