We do not rely on standard banquet recipes. When we prepare a global menu, we focus on authentic preparation, whether it is sourcing specific ingredients for a Schezwan sauce or managing the timing for a live pasta station, ensuring the international dishes you serve feel as legitimate as our traditional Indian offerings.
Many catering services add a few international items to a traditional menu as an afterthought. We take a different approach. Having trained in ITC kitchens, I apply the same strict standards to our global selection that I do to our Indian classics.
