Sharing the music I have dedicated my life to with a live audience is a blessing. From intimate home baithaks to stage recitals, here are some cherished moments from my musical journey.

A concert alert for a duet I played with Shri Pravar Tandon on the bansuri for the Chai Chaupal event in Gurugram. We were accompanied by Shri Anoop Banerjee on the tabla.

This was my first attempt at performing a Dhamaar on stage, a composition in Raag Bihag. It was only with the constant encouragement of my Guru, Vidushi Sahana Banerjee Didi, that I found the courage. This performance is a tribute to the Dhrupad baaj of our Rampur Senia Gharana.

During a Sitar Utsav, I focused on presenting the Dhrupad baaj of our Gharana, a style known for its depth and meditative quality. This is a clip of the Kharaj Jor in Raag Bihag, an introspective section that sets the mood before the main composition begins.

A moment from a professional recording session for a Kathak project. It was my first time recording Raag Darbari, a majestic and profound raga. The studio environment allows for a different kind of focus, capturing the pure sound of the sitar's alaap.

It gave me immense pleasure to play my first concert of the year at the prestigious India International Centre in New Delhi. I was fortunate to be accompanied by the tabla exponent Ustad Rafiuddin Sabri ji.

My sincere gratitude to the Jamshedpur Music Circle for making me a part of the Pandit Debesh Moitra Sitar Utsav. It was a wonderful opportunity to pay my respects to this eminent sitar artist in my hometown.

An invitation to the Pandit Debesh Moitra Sitar Utsav in my hometown, Jamshedpur. It was an honor to be a part of an event celebrating an eminent sitar player who was a disciple of Pandit Ravi Shankar ji.

A snippet from my recital at the Parampara Yuva Mahotsav in Pune. This event was a wonderful project celebrating the next generation of artists, and I am thankful to my Guru for the invitation to be a part of it.

I was asked to play contemplative music revolving around the sense of loss and grief for a unique initiative called "49to51". This is a clip of the Jhaala in Raag Multani, where I tried to play music that is not for entertainment, but for healing.

An invitation to my performance in Pune for the Parampara Yuva Mahotsav. This concert was a celebration of the Guru-Shishya Parampara and featured many talented young artists.

About On Stage: Live Performances

When I perform, my goal is to create a space for deep listening rather than just providing background music. Whether it is an intimate house concert or a formal stage recital, I focus on the meditative aspects of the Rampur Senia Gharana, particularly the Alaap and Jhaala, to ensure the sound resonates with the audience.
