Why I Started This
Lockdown got me thinking - what if hip-hop swagger met old-school Indian jewelry? That’s how Frostbite Lab was born. I wanted to create custom jewelry that actually means something to you, not just another shiny thing.
Grillz: Not Just Bling
My main thing is custom grillz - those mouthpieces you see in rap videos, but with a twist. Here’s what I can do:
- Classic looks if you want to keep it low-key
- Full-on diamond or gemstone mouthpieces for max dazzle
- Desi styles with jadau or meenakari if you want that Indian vibe
- Add your initials, symbols, or even script in any language
How It Works
It all starts with a chat. I want to know your story, your style, what you want this piece to say. Then, I take a dental impression so your grillz fit only you - nobody else. The design gets made by hand, slow and steady, by master karigars in Zaveri Bazaar.
Not Just Grillz
I do custom rings, pendants, whatever you’re dreaming up. Even the 'Motifs of Mumbai' collection came from just looking around the city and spotting beauty in random stuff.
What Makes It Special
I’ve got old-school artisans working on new-school ideas. Techniques like kundan and filigree, but on something you’d actually wear today. You don’t have to be a rapper. I’ve made pieces for students, parents, even my own grandma. If it feels like you, that’s all that matters.

My Story
2023 was wild - over 100 gigs, felt like I was living in the chaos and loving every minute. Moving back to Bombay made me see the city with new eyes. Frostbite Lab started as a lockdown daydream, chasing grillz and jewellery inspired by the streets, the people, all the everyday stuff. Had to convince old-school karigars to try something fresh on teeth. Best part? Watching my dadi crack up wearing my grillz. Family rocking them too - nothing like it.
My Work
Open-format DJ for events - I play clubs, brand events, weddings - mixing house, disco, retro, hip-hop, Afro beats, whatever fits the vibe.
Custom grillz & jewellery - We design one-of-a-kind grillz using meenakari and jadau, inspired by Bombay streets. Each piece tells your story.
Bombay Shuffle DJ event - Started Bombay Shuffle so DJs can mess with genres. Hip-hop DJs playing house, house DJs flipping to disco - all welcome.
