A behind-the-scenes look at the casting process. This is a raw brass mold, the first physical form of a custom grillz design before it's cast in precious metal and polished. This is where the idea starts to become real.
Here's a raw, hand-carved wax model for a custom sun-motif pendant, held in the palm of my hand. This intricate carving is the blueprint that gets cast into silver or gold, showing the level of detail that goes into each piece before it's even metal.

It all starts with a proper dental impression at our Mumbai studio. We don’t mess with generic molds. We need that perfect, 100% custom fit so your piece sits exactly right, and that is where the real precision begins before we even touch any metal.
The Frostbite journey isn't a factory assembly line. It is a slow, intentional process that brings hip-hop swagger together with heritage Indian craft.
First, we link up for a chat to lock in your vision, whether it is full-on iced-out gold or something subtler with Meenakari work. Once we know the vibe, I handle the dental impressions myself at the studio to ensure that medical-grade fit.
From there, the magic happens in Zaveri Bazaar. My karigars are legends who have spent their lives doing traditional Jadau and filigree. When I brought them the idea of putting that level of craftsmanship onto dental grillz, their eyes lit up. We aren't just making jewelry, we are bridge-building between old-school technique and new-school style.
Every piece gets hand-carved, cast, and polished with the same attention you would find in high-end luxury pieces. No shortcuts, no pre-made molds. Whether it is 10k solid gold or sterling silver, the final piece is built to handle the wear and look clean. It is about creating something that actually feels like you, not just another accessory you will stash in a drawer.
