About The Founder: Designer & DJ
Every custom grillz piece starts with an in-person dental impression session at my Mumbai studio. Just like my open-format DJ sets, I do not use templates. I build the grillz to fit the exact shape of your teeth and the energy of your personal style.
My work as a designer and a DJ are two sides of the same coin. Both are about reading the room and creating something that sticks. When I started Frostbite Lab during lockdown, I wanted to bridge the gap between hip-hop swagger and traditional Indian craftsmanship. I head to Zaveri Bazaar to work with master karigars, turning old-school techniques like meenakari and jadau into something you would actually wear on a night out or at a wedding.
Whether I am playing a set for a brand like Nike or crafting a set of gold grillz for a client, the goal is always the same: authenticity. I do not do cookie-cutter events or mass-produced accessories. If you book me for a DJ set, expect a mix that shifts from house to hip-hop depending on how the crowd is feeling. If we are doing jewellery, we will talk about your story, your symbols, and what you want that piece to say. It is about making art that feels like you.
