Design Process

Output Details

3D CAD Modeling & Rendering
Digital Prototyping
- Conversion of approved sketch into a 3D CAD file.
- Photorealistic rendering showing metal texture and stone brilliance.
- 360-degree video rotation of the design.
Technical Specs
- Exact calculation of gross weight and net gold weight.
- Precise stone map detailing count, carat weight, and mm sizes.
- Approval file ready for CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) printing.
Plain Gold Manufacturing
Fabrication
- 3D printing of the wax model (CAM output).
- Gold casting using the lost-wax technique.
- Manual filing to remove casting sprues and rough edges.
Finishing
- High-gloss machine polishing or matte finishing as requested.
- Ultrasonic cleaning.
- Mandatory BIS Hallmarking charges included.
Diamond & Precious Stone Setting
Stone Work
- Sorting and calibration of diamonds/stones for uniform size.
- Microscope-aided setting (Prong, Pave, Bezel, or Channel).
- Setting of Polki (uncut diamonds) using traditional Jadau techniques if applicable.
Final Touches
- Rhodium plating (White, Rose, or Black Gold finish).
- Quality check for stone security and prong alignment.

- Got a wild idea? I love making something totally new, whether it’s a chunky Kada or a delicate pendant with meaning.
Craft & Materials
- Everything’s handmade, with attention to detail.
- I use techniques like Meenakari, Nakashi, and classic Kundan and Polki setting.
- Materials? Mostly 18ct and 22ct gold, rose gold, diamonds, sapphires, emeralds, and moti (pearls).
