Absolute precision for your brand. I focus on flawless skin, vibrant makeup, and the technical lighting needed to make your products pop.

This is my go-to lighting for makeup brands. It's a clean, commercial setup that renders skin tones accurately and keeps the focus on the product, in this case, a lip gloss application.

A beauty portrait where the makeup tells a story. The iridescent blue eyeshadow is the hero, and I used a soft but directional light to make the colors pop against the model's skin.

For this conceptual beauty shoot, we used pressed flowers on the skin. The lighting had to be soft enough to not wash out the delicate flowers but crisp enough to capture the skin's texture.

A macro beauty shot focusing on the lips and nails. This kind of tight framing requires perfect lighting to showcase the color, texture, and application of the cosmetic products.

A beauty shot with a fine art feel. We used a hazer to create a soft, smoky atmosphere, and a single, hard light source to sculpt the model's face and create this dramatic, painterly look.

This close-up uses colored gels to create a vibrant, high-fashion mood. The red light adds warmth and intensity, focusing the viewer's attention on the model's expression and the heart-shaped makeup detail.

A classic, gentle beauty portrait. The pose is simple, and the lighting is soft and flattering, creating a timeless look that is perfect for skincare or foundation campaigns.

A soft and romantic beauty shot. The lighting is diffused to create a dreamy glow, and the slight motion in the hair adds a touch of life and effortlessness.

A dramatic, low-key beauty portrait. The light is coming from below and to the side, carving out the model's features and creating a sense of mystery and intensity.

This beauty shot highlights the nails and makeup. The pose draws attention to the hands, while the lighting accentuates the metallic sheen of the eyeshadow.

About Beauty & Cosmetic Photography

Most people think beauty photography is just a clean light, but it is actually about how you manage texture. I do not use generic setups. I calibrate my lighting, whether it is a 3-point Profoto rig or a specific macro lens setup, to ensure skin texture and product pigment remain crisp. We shoot tethered, so you see exactly what I see in real-time, giving us total control over the catchlight and color accuracy before we even start the final cull.
