About My Baking Journey
Since I do not keep ready stock, every cake starts with a direct conversation. When you reach out, we will talk about your theme, flavor preferences, and any dietary requirements like making your cake eggless. I sketch out the design and bake it fresh specifically for your date, so please send me a message at least 3 to 4 days in advance to secure your slot.
Shireen's Bake House started with a simple thought, named after my grandmother. I wanted to move away from the factory-made, overly-sweet cakes you find everywhere and go back to basics.
My philosophy is simple: good cake needs time, and it should actually taste like the ingredients used. You will find that my cakes are never overloaded with frosting. I prefer using fresh, seasonal fruits and premium couverture chocolate because the sponge and filling should be the star of the show.
Whether you are looking for an eggless luxury cake for a birthday, a thematic design for a corporate event in Delhi NCR, or a subtle naked cake for an intimate anniversary, I handle the baking myself. I am always experimenting with new flavor combinations like Lemon Basil or Rasmalai to keep things interesting.
Working as a home baker in Gurugram means I am not mass-producing. I am creating a centerpiece for your table that respects the occasion.
