That is why I use a specific crumb structure designed to hold up to the richness without losing the soft texture you expect from a premium bake.

For my Almond Rocher or Rasmalai cakes, I rely on pure, high-quality ingredients. No artificial extracts here. Every order is a fresh, custom process. Since I run a small kitchen, I don't keep inventory, which guarantees your cake is baked closer to your event time.
