When you order a cake from me, it is coming straight from my home kitchen in Sector 50, not a freezer. I do not use premixes or preservatives, and I bake every sponge fresh only after you confirm your order. Whether it is a simple birthday treat or a complex tiered creation, that freshness is why you can taste the difference in every single slice.

I started my baking journey back in Dehradun when I was just 15. It was a hobby that turned into a passion while traveling across 25 countries, collecting flavors and ideas. Today, at my Noida home kitchen, I combine those global techniques with a lot of 'dil' (heart).
