From my kitchen in Noida, I bring you desserts that blend the comfort of home with exciting new twists. My fusion Tres Leches are a hit, mixing the moist, milky goodness of the classic cake with flavors we all grew up loving, like Motichoor and Rasmalai.

This Rasmalai Tres Leches is pure indulgence. It’s a soft sponge cake soaked in three kinds of milk, topped with light cream and a piece of delicate rasmalai.

When fruits are in season, I love using them in my desserts! Here are some of my creations: a warm Cherry Galette straight from the oven and refreshing Mango Tres Leches cups.
