About Indian Fusion Desserts
Balancing traditional flavours like Rasmalai or Gulab Jamun into a sponge cake takes patience. We work on getting that ratio right so you get the familiar taste without the sugar overload. Everything is 100% eggless, made fresh in our kitchen, and designed to balance the density of the Indian sweet with the lightness of a cake.
For us, fusion desserts are not just about mixing ingredients. It is about taking the nostalgia of a childhood sweet and making it fit for a modern celebration.
How We Create Our Fusion Treats
- The Balancing Act: When we make our Rasmalai cake, we do not just dump syrup on it. We layer fresh Rasmalai pieces and cream, ensuring the cake sponge soaks up just enough moisture without losing its structure.
- Baked, Not Fried: Take our Gujiyas, for example. We skip the deep frying and bake them to a golden finish. You still get that perfect crunch and nutty filling, but it feels lighter and cleaner.
- In-House Preparation: We make our own compotes and fillings. Whether it is the saffron sponge for our Rasmalai cupcakes or the specific spice blend for our Mawa tea cakes, we control the quality. Nothing is mass-produced or store-bought.
Why Clients Choose Our Fusion Range
Many of our clients come to us when they are bored of the standard chocolate or vanilla cakes. They want something that speaks to their guests. Our fusion desserts, like the Pistachio Rasgulla Cupcakes, act as a bridge between tradition and modern gifting. Whether it is a small gathering or a bulk order for a corporate event, these treats start conversations.
We operate out of two kitchens in Gurugram (Sector 9B and Sector 14) and deliver across Delhi NCR. If you have a specific Indian sweet in mind that you want to see as a cake or cupcake, let us know. We love a new challenge.
