About Student Journeys & Success Stories
My studio is not just about painting; it is a refuge for students managing academic pressure. Many of my students, like Zaisha and Aahana, have used our sessions as a way to de-stress, proving that when you create with joy, the academic results—like 98% scores—become a natural outcome of that inner peace.
Since 1988, I have watched thousands of students grow, and their success is my true reward. I do not teach for marks, yet my students consistently excel in ICSE and international competitions. Whether it is a student like Aahana or a child returning after years, I treat each one as a sundar sa phool (beautiful flower). My guidance for board exams and portfolios is rooted in technique, but my approach is to remove the fear of the canvas.
When a student joins my class for exam prep, they find a space to breathe. We explore charcoal, oils, and watercolors not just to complete a syllabus, but to find a personal style. The accolades, certificates, and international awards are wonderful, but the real victory is the student who walks in stressed and walks out smiling. This is a space where art is tapassya (devotion), and every stroke is a step toward understanding oneself better.
