Seeing my students display their art at our annual exhibition or win a school competition is what I live for. Here is a look at the milestones and achievements we celebrate together at Saptarang Art Academy.

A walkthrough of our annual student art exhibition. Every piece, from paintings to crafts, is carefully framed and displayed, giving students the experience of a professional gallery showing.

The official invitation for our Annual Prize Distribution and Student's Exhibition. We make it a special event, even inviting acclaimed professional artists to demonstrate techniques and inspire the children.

Rishita, a 4th-grade student, with a collection of her artwork from the year. It's wonderful to see the variety of mediums she has explored, including watercolors, oil pastels, and poster colours.

This is Nataniya, one of our 6-year-old students, with a selection of her work. Even at a young age, she has explored everything from rainbows and cartoons to still life drawings of vegetables.

A very proud moment for us. Our student Nataniya, who is only 6 years old, won the first prize in a two minute instant painting competition. Her confidence and skill are truly commendable.

Another photo of Nataniya celebrating her first prize win at the instant painting competition. We provide art competition coaching to help students perform their best under pressure.

About Student Achievements & Exhibitions

Our exhibition is not just about hanging art on walls. We hold a proper Prize Distribution event, often inviting professional artists to demonstrate techniques and encourage the children. It is about showing them that their effort has value, whether it is a small doodle or a detailed canvas.

Preparing for the Spotlight

I have always believed that art should be shared. Every year, we host an Annual Art Exhibition in our Marol studio. We treat this like a professional gallery showing. Every piece is carefully framed and displayed so students can see their progress, from simple oil pastels to complex acrylics. Parents often tell me this moment of seeing their child’s work on display is a turning point in their confidence.

Competitive Art Coaching

Beyond exhibitions, I help my students prepare for the real world of art competitions. It is not just about drawing well. It is about speed, composure, and perspective. We focus heavily on:

  • Government Grade Exams: Rigorous practice for Elementary and Intermediate Drawing Grade Exams.
  • Instant Painting: Training for two-minute instant competitions where quick thinking is key.
  • Still Life & Memory Drawing: Ensuring students are ready for school-level drawing competitions.

My approach is direct. We use real props like drapery and fruits in the studio to build the observational skills needed to succeed. Whether a student is aiming for a first prize or just learning to enjoy the process, I provide the coaching to help them get there.

Saptarang Art Academy

I started Saptarang Art Academy in 2005 because I wanted a space where kids could just be themselves. Seeing my students like Nataniya win prizes or Rishita display her year-long work makes all the hard work worth it.
