About Our Teacher Training Courses

We offer two distinct paths. The 50-hour foundation course is a 7-day intensive in Delhi or Indore, perfect for getting a solid grasp on Level 1 basics. For those wanting to go deeper, our 11-day immersion in Rishikesh covers 85 hours, extending into intermediate flows, advanced choreography, and sequencing logic.
Whatever path you choose, we focus on the essentials that often get missed. You will spend time on anatomy, learning how shoulder mobility, grip strength, and spinal health affect your practice. We also teach you how to rig your own equipment, because knowing how the knot holds is just as important as how you look while hanging from it.
