Aerial Arts Teacher Training Certification
Transition from student to instructor with a course built on safety, technique, and years of stage experience.
Personal attention is key to our teaching philosophy. We are always there to provide support, correct alignment, and help you overcome any fears, just like in this one-on-one moment.
From your first day learning basic poses to mastering thrilling drops, our course is a complete journey. This video captures real moments of practice, learning, and progress from our TTC.
Our training covers both theory and practice. You will spend time learning anatomy and alignment in our ground sessions and demonstrate your knowledge in a final exam.
We focus on mastering key aerial yoga poses like the supported Sarvangasana. You will learn the benefits, contraindications, and how to safely guide your own students into these postures.
This is the result of your hard work. The certification ceremony marks your official transition from student to a qualified aerial arts teacher, ready to lead with confidence.
About Your Teacher Training Journey
Becoming an instructor involves more than just mastering the flow. We spend significant time on rig safety, manual spotting techniques, and anatomy to ensure you are ready to keep your students safe. Whether you are aiming for the 7-day foundation in Delhi or the 11-day immersion in Rishikesh, my team and I focus on the practical realities of managing a class, not just performing.
Aerial arts is art, but teaching it is a responsibility. That is why our certification tracks are split into two focused phases. The 50-hour foundation course is designed for those stepping into their first teaching role. You will learn to break down 30 plus fundamental poses, understand the physics of rig integrity, and practice spotting techniques that build trust with your students.
If you are ready for more depth, the 85-hour advanced course in Rishikesh focuses on choreography and sequencing logic. We work on dynamic drops, flips, and how to structure a full 60-minute session from warm-up to cool-down.
We believe that if you can understand the anatomy behind a stretch or an inversion, you can teach it to anyone. That is why ground sessions are as crucial as the time on the hammock. You will study shoulder mobility, grip strength, and spinal decompression, so you understand exactly what your students are experiencing.
Every course concludes with a theory exam and a teaching practicum. It is not about memorizing poses, but about gaining the confidence to guide others. Taaliyaan bajti rehni chahiye—and it starts with you standing tall as an instructor.
