I do not train for the camera. I train you for your sport. Whether it is cricket, golf, or sprinting, we build the engine your game actually needs, not just aesthetics.

I am incredibly thankful for the opportunity to work with the Bhojpuri Dabanggs CCL team. While it was not the season we expected, I acknowledge every team member's effort and dedication. There is always more to learn and improve.

These two junior swimmers, Nishant and Suhani, give me goosebumps with their dedication and integrity. They recently qualified for the senior nationals because they possess the human qualities that make athletes great, not just talent.

This is our youth training program at the cricket academy. We believe in building a strong foundation through a tribe that supports and pushes each other.

For running, a flexed ankle is a key attractor of speed. I always start my assessment with how an athlete's foot interacts with the ground. A stiffer ankle and foot lead to faster amortization rates.

The key to good programming is using different variables. This is volume work for fast bowlers at 70% intensity at the end of the week to build capacity without excessive neural fatigue.

Train bowlers to run faster. A faster run-up creates more momentum, which is critical for increasing ball velocity. We use resisted sprints and other drills to improve acceleration and top speed.

Disability need not be an obstacle to success. This para-swimmer is proof that with dedication, anyone can achieve their goals. Here he is performing a heavy trap bar deadlift to build total body strength.

This young cricketer is growing every day. His workout includes overhead carries for core stability and split squats for unilateral leg strength, building a robust foundation for his sport.

When it comes to acceleration, it's about applying force into the ground at the right time and in the right direction. We use sled pushes to teach athletes the correct shin angle for producing horizontal force.

About Sport-Specific Development

You cannot dominate a sport if you train like an influencer. We look at biomechanics first. For a fast bowler, that means improving ground reaction force and finding the correct shin angles for acceleration. For a swimmer, it is about coordination and ankle stiffness. Your gym routine should mirror your sport, not fight it. Chalta rah, rukiyo mat.

Building the Athletic Engine

Most athletes waste time on fads. They do random drills they saw on social media without understanding the physics behind them. My sport-specific programs are different because they are built on science. We analyze how you move, then we fix the mechanics to improve your performance on the field or in the water.

Why Generic Gyms Fail You

Walking into a standard gym often leads to generic training. You might get bigger muscles, but you won't necessarily become a better cricketer, golfer, or sprinter. I focus on specific variables:

  • Force Application: If you are a fast bowler, your run-up needs to be efficient. We use resisted sprints to teach your body to produce horizontal force in the right direction.
  • Amortization: For runners and swimmers, we improve the rate of force development. A stiffer ankle and foot lead to faster reaction times when you push off the ground or the wall.
  • Unilateral Stability: Sport is rarely performed on two feet perfectly balanced. We use split squats and single-leg work to ensure you are durable in every plane of motion.

The Process

We do not chase Instagram trends. We track metrics. We measure vertical jump height, 1RM strength, and sprint speed to ensure we are actually making progress. Whether you are a junior athlete qualifying for nationals or a senior pro, the work remains the same: discipline, science, and execution. If you are not ready to put in the real work, do not reach out. If you are, we will dominate.
