Absolute strength is the foundation of all athletic qualities. I build this with proven, heavy compound lifts like squats, deadlifts, and presses to increase your force-producing capabilities and muscle density.
Explosive Power & Plyometrics
Strength is useless if you can't apply it quickly. I develop your rate of force development (RFD) and elasticity using a variety of plyometrics, kettlebell swings, and medicine ball throws to make you a twitchy, explosive athlete.

An athlete's career depends on durability. I use advanced isometric techniques like overcoming, yielding, and oscillatory holds to improve your braking forces, recruit maximum muscle fibers, and build resilience against injury.
