About Learn Mehendi With Me (My Classes)
I don't just show you how to hold a cone; I teach you the 'why' behind every curve. We use stencils for structure, but in my classes, you will learn the manual shading techniques that actually bring a design to life. It’s hard work, and I will push you to get your finishing right because that is what separates a beginner from a pro.
My Teaching Philosophy
I truly believe that everyone needs a mentor. When I see my students—many of whom travel from Vashi, Roha, or CST—create beautiful designs, it feels like my life's purpose is fulfilled. I don’t just teach mehendi; I teach you how to build your own identity. As we say, 'Rajya chhota ka asena, pan swatahcha asava' (Even if the kingdom is small, it should be your own).
What You Will Learn
My 60-day course is comprehensive, taking you from the absolute basics to advanced portrait work. We cover:
- Foundations: Holding the cone, drawing consistent lines, and creating flow.
- Design Elements: Traditional Indian motifs, Arabic styles, florals, and geometric patterns.
- Advanced Techniques: Figurative work, bridal storytelling, and intricate portrait shading.
The 'Tough Love' Approach
Don't expect an easy ride. I take my classes seriously. If your shading isn't sharp or your figures look off, I will tell you. We practice extensively on paper and practice sheets—drawing Lord Ganesha, bridal couples, and doli scenes—until you can replicate them on skin with confidence. My goal is to see you succeed, and sometimes that means a little scolding to ensure you reach perfection.
