My Mehendi Story
Daha varshapurvi suru kela hota ha safar (I started this journey 10 years ago) and honestly, I still get restless if I’m not mixing henna or sketching new ideas. I love working with my hands and bridal mehendi is my way of sharing someone’s biggest day. It’s not just kaam (work) for me - it’s a chance to add joy and meaning to your shaadi (wedding).
Mehendi That Tells Your Story
Every bride has a kahani (story). That’s what I try to bring alive in my custom bridal mehendi designs:
- Portrait mehendi art - you and your partner, or Radha-Krishna, Vithal-Rakhumai
- Scenes from your wedding – baraat, doli, or anything close to your heart
- Initials, ring designs, wedding date, the sacred fire – those personal touches
- Traditional Indian wedding henna blessings, like “Sada Saubhagyavati Bhava”

The Look You’ll Love
My signature style uses negative space, so the main design stands out. Brides often pick lotus flowers, peacocks, swans, or even royal elephants. Sometimes, I go full-on with jharokha (window) patterns for that royal vibe. Each design is unique, just like you.
For Every Wedding Function
Not just for the wedding day - I also do mehendi for engagement, sangeet, and for family and guests. Basically, wherever there’s a celebration, I’m there with my henna cone.
Where I Work
Based in Navi Mumbai, but kharach (honestly), I’ll travel anywhere - Mumbai or even further - because every bride deserves her dream mehendi. You get to relax while I take care of the details.

Hi, we’re Shades of Mehendi from Navi Mumbai. Ten years in, still loving every bit of this art. Mehendi isn’t just patterns for us, it’s a way to connect. Our students come from everywhere—Vashi, Roha, CST—and we end up more like friends than classmates. Classes get lively, sometimes we scold, but only to help you get better. Like Maharaj said, ‘Rajya chhota ka asena, pan swatahcha asava.’ You should own your journey, even if it’s small.
