Because comfort is a priority during your pregnancy, I use my homemade organic henna paste—it is safe, leaves a rich stain, and the application process is relaxed so you feel pampered, not tired.
For me, maternity mehendi is about more than just patterns; it is a way to celebrate the new life you are bringing into the world. In my Navi Mumbai studio and when traveling to your home, I specialize in blending cute, playful elements like baby elephants and feet with the deep, traditional significance of the godh bharai ceremony.
My approach is highly collaborative. I don't just start drawing; we sit down to talk about what you want to represent. Are we doing a portrait of the parents-to-be? Or perhaps a divine touch with Maa Yashoda and Krishna figures to seek blessings? I use a mix of techniques—stencil bases for perfect proportions, followed by delicate freehand shading to bring characters like teddy bears and cradles to life on your skin.
