When you order our pasta, you are tasting dough I kneaded by hand that morning, not something from a box. My Basque-style cod is simmered slowly in a tomato and pepper sauce that takes me straight back to my abuela's kitchen, proving that true Mediterranean cooking relies on patience rather than shortcuts.

My kitchen is a tribute to the coastal traditions of Spain and the broader Mediterranean. We take ingredients seriously here. For our pizzas, we use a traditional brick wood-fired oven that gives the crust that signature smoky crunch you just cannot replicate with gas.

Many people ask about our seafood. Whether it is our Basque-style cod or fresh oysters on ice, my goal is to keep the flavours clean and honest. I do not hide the fish behind heavy creams. Instead, I let the saffron, olive oil, and fresh herbs do the talking.
