Group Self-Defense Workshops in Mumbai
We teach practical safety skills that work in the real world. Whether you are a corporate team, a school, or a housing society, my workshops focus on situational awareness and simple, effective techniques that you can actually use.
A fantastic turnout for our self-defense and fitness workshop at Malad Gymkhana. It's always powerful to see people of all ages, from young children to adults, coming together to learn practical safety skills and build a stronger community.
This collage shows scenes from my self-defense session with the NSS unit at Wilson College. We practiced real-world threat responses, including ground defense and escape techniques, in a safe and controlled environment.

About Group Self-Defense Workshops
We do not teach complex movie-style stunts. Every drill in my workshops is built for reality. When I work with corporate teams, we focus on specific scenarios like late-night cab safety or elevator awareness, ensuring your team learns to react correctly under stress, not just memorize a sequence.
Safety is a right, not a luxury. In my workshops, we strip away the fluff to focus on what actually works in a tense situation. I incorporate high-energy drills involving focus pads and stress-response simulations to get your heart rate up, mirroring the physical pressure of a real threat. It is about building muscle memory so that when things happen, your body knows how to react before your brain even processes the danger.
From NSS volunteers at colleges like Wilson to corporate teams in Malad, I adapt the curriculum to fit your environment. We can train in your office quadrangle, a gym, or an auditorium. I bring the equipment—shields, pads, and even a portable PA system if your venue needs it.
My sessions range from intensive 6-hour tactical crash courses for small groups to 2-hour corporate safety seminars. My team and I prioritize a low instructor-to-student ratio, which means every participant gets the hands-on correction needed to master wrist releases, soft-target striking, and voice commands. If you are looking to build strength, respect, and confidence in your group, these sessions are designed to deliver exactly that.
