1BHK Essential Woodwork & Finish
Core Woodwork & Carpentry
- Modular Kitchen: L-Shaped or Straight layout (up to 10 rft) using BWP (Boiling Water Proof) Marine Ply. Includes overhead cabinets, base units with SS 304 Grade wire baskets, and bottle pull-out.
- Master Wardrobe: Floor-to-ceiling sliding or hinge wardrobe (up to 7ft width) with overhead loft storage. Material: BWR Ply with 1mm Laminate finish.
- TV Unit: Standard size (approx. 5ft - 6ft wide) floating or floor-mounted console with back paneling (Laminate or PVC fluted panel).
- Bed: Queen-size frame (60" x 78") with hydraulic storage and laminate finish headboard.
Civil, Ceiling & Lights
- False Ceiling: Gypsum design (Peripheral or Geometric) for Living Room and Bedroom. Includes framing and channel fixing.
- Lighting: Supply and installation of LED concealed panel lights (approx. 12-15 nos) and LED Strip cove lighting.
- Wall Finishing: Surface preparation (Scraping + 2 coats Putty + Primer) followed by 2 coats of Premium Emulsion Paint (Asian Paints Apcolite).
Design & Services
- Space Planning: Layout optimization specifically for compact apartments (400-550 sq ft).
- Project Management: Dedicated site supervisor, material procurement, and labor for electrical point shifting.
