- Civil & Ceiling: Gypsum false ceiling in Living Room and Master Bedroom (Cove + Periphery design). Grid ceiling or POP molding in Kitchen and Bathrooms. Includes electrical point shifting.
- Paint: Asian Paints Royale or Dulux Velvet Touch (2-3 coats) for all walls. Texture paint highlighting for one focus wall in Living Room. Ceilings painted in Tractor Emulsion (White).
Furniture & Woodwork
- Material Specs: 18mm BWR (Boiling Water Resistant) Plywood for wardrobes/units. BWP (Boiling Water Proof) Ply for Kitchen. 1mm Laminate external finish.
