About The Dolphin Aquatics Coaching Team
It is not just one person in the water. Every weekend, our squad of ASCA-certified coaches meets to dissect every stroke, turn, and kick from our training sessions. We review video footage and refine our race strategies to ensure every swimmer gets the same standard of elite training, whether they are working on their freestyle endurance or perfecting their backstroke technique.
Swimming is individual, but training is a team sport. At Dolphin Aquatics, we know that one coach cannot spot everything. That is why we work as a collective. When you join our squad, you are not just getting me. You are getting a group of dedicated professionals who share the same vision for competitive excellence in India.
We focus on three core areas:
- Stroke Mechanics: We break down your freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly into measurable components.
- Race Strategy: We teach you how to race smart. This includes pacing, underwater phases, and competition plans.
- Mental Conditioning: As I always say, HARD WORK PAYS OFF. We train your mind to handle the pressure of big competitions just like our heroes do.
Our team meets regularly to plan these sessions. We look at data, discuss training volumes, and make sure every swimmer is on the right track for state and national levels. If you are ready to put in the effort, we are ready to guide you.
