Fitness is my therapy, my sukoon, and my medicine. I do not just train bodies; I build a bulletproof mindset. Here is how I stay consistent and disciplined at 43.

This was my 75 Hard Challenge journey. It’s built on a simple principle: SELF DISCIPLINE IS EVERYTHING. For 75 days, it was two workouts a day, a strict diet with no sugar or alcohol, reading 10 pages daily, and drinking a gallon of water. This program builds mental toughness, and I bring that same fire to our coaching.

I will not let age change me; I will change the way I age. Aging is a new stage of opportunity and strength, and I embrace it with adventure and a commitment to staying active and fearless.

These are the four things that keep me happy and balanced: Bhakti for my soul, workouts for my body, healthy food for fuel, and travel for new experiences. This is the holistic, happy life we build together.

I do not believe in quick fixes or unsustainable crash diets. My approach centers on the principles of 75 Hard, which requires two workouts a day, zero sugar, and strict daily accountability. It is hard work, and you will be pushed out of your comfort zone, but that is exactly how you build habits that last a lifetime.
