About Physio-Led Pilates
Pilates Is Not a Walk in the Park
People think Pilates is easy till they try it. Trust me, it looks simple but it’s a real mind-body hustle. You’ll feel muscles you didn’t know existed. The work is subtle, but that’s where the real change hides.
What Makes My Pilates Different
With 9 years as a Physiotherapist, I've seen how movement can heal or hurt. My sessions aren’t just about burning calories - they’re about moving better, building strength, and staying pain-free. Every move is tweaked for your body’s real-life needs, not some generic routine. If you want Clinical Pilates sessions with a dose of physio wisdom, you’re in the right place.
How I Teach
I'm obsessed with good form. Ten perfect reps over thirty sloppy ones, always. My style is hands-on, lots of cues, and helping you actually feel the right muscles firing. We get into that mind-muscle zone so you walk out knowing your body better.
What’s On Offer
- One-on-one for personal focus (especially if you’ve got injuries or want tailored attention)
- Reformer Pilates with physiotherapist guidance, Cadillac (my fave!), plus barrels, rings, and bands
- Mat classes for deep core and those ‘arms and abs on fire’ days
- Online sessions (for the busy or remote crowd)
Who Will Love This
Absolute beginners, desk-bound folks with back pain, anyone with old injuries, or people wanting graceful, strong bodies. If you want posture correction Pilates or just to feel good moving every day, I’ve got you.
The Real Win
It’s not about looking a certain way, it’s about feeling strong and moving pain-free. Results come with real, consistent work. I’ll push you, support you, and help you grow. Some days are tough, but that’s where change happens.

My Story
Hey, I'm Sara. Born in Rasht, Iran, but India feels like another home now. Kashmir’s mountains, wow, felt just like back home! I graduated in physiotherapy here, wore a saree, felt like a boss. Mysore changed me - yoga philosophy hit deep, not just poses. Off the mat, I’m on my black beast (motorcycle), chasing sunsets in Goa or chilling with my cat Lara. Life’s about finding good vibes, loving yourself, and rolling with it.
