About Our Philosophy & Client Stories
I prioritize form over intensity because I want you to build strength that lasts without risking injury. You will notice that my classes focus on the 'why' behind every movement, whether it is finding your neutral spine to support your back or engaging those small, often overlooked stabilizer muscles.
When I talk about training smart, I mean focusing on precision rather than just checking off reps. My sessions—whether on the Reformer, Cadillac, or Mat—are designed to teach you how to engage the right muscle fibers correctly. I spend a lot of time helping clients understand the neutral spine, as it is the most shock-absorbent position for your body. Maintaining this natural S-curve is essential for preventing back pain and creating long-term structural health.
Many people think Pilates is just about the big muscles, but those small stabilizer muscles need love too. When we activate them, we build a level of core power that protects your joints and improves your daily posture. Whether you are coming to me to manage an injury, handle PCOS, or just get stronger, I tailor the program to your specific body needs. It is not about how heavy you lift, but how well you move. You will find that this approach changes not just how you look, but how you feel, breathe, and carry yourself through your day.
