About Therapeutic Yoga
My Approach
As a physiotherapist, I see yoga differently. My sessions are built on years of physio experience, so every movement is picked for a reason - your safety, your goals, your body. This isn’t about fancy poses. It’s about building that mind-muscle connection, tuning into your body, and actually feeling the work where you’re supposed to. I’m all about quality over quantity. You might do just a few reps, but you’ll really feel them.
Who This Is For
If you’re after more than just a workout, this might be for you. I work with people dealing with:
- Chronic pain (like back pain, knee issues, or tension in your shoulders and neck)
- Posture struggles (fixing that tech neck, hunching from too much screen time)
- Nerve problems (think sciatica or tingling in your hands - we’ll use things like nerve flossing)
- Stiffness or feeling stuck anywhere in your body
- Recovering from injury and wanting to move safely
What Happens in a Session
- Each session is tailored to you, with a physio’s eye for detail
- We’ll use props and corrective movement yoga drills if needed
- I’ll keep an eye on your form so you really target the right muscles
- We’ll use breathwork to help with core strength, stress, and posture
Real Talk
I get it - even I need a push sometimes. Showing up for yourself is tough, but that’s where real change starts. If you want a physio-led yoga class that’s about feeling better, not just looking flexible, you’re in the right place.

My Story
Hey, I'm Sara. Born in Rasht, Iran, but India feels like another home now. Kashmir’s mountains, wow, felt just like back home! I graduated in physiotherapy here, wore a saree, felt like a boss. Mysore changed me - yoga philosophy hit deep, not just poses. Off the mat, I’m on my black beast (motorcycle), chasing sunsets in Goa or chilling with my cat Lara. Life’s about finding good vibes, loving yourself, and rolling with it.
My Work
Physio-led Pilates & Yoga Sessions - I teach one-on-one and group classes, online or in-person, with mat or full equipment like Reformer and Cadillac.
Personalized Programs for Real Results - With 9 years as a physiotherapist, I design routines for strength and healing, including Reformer Pilates for sciatica.
Quality Over Numbers - Forget endless reps. We focus on mind-muscle connection, so every move counts and you really feel it.
Everyone’s Welcome - Pilates isn’t just for pros. I modify every class to fit your level. We challenge, support, and grow together.
Community Vibes - My classes are full of energy and support. We laugh, push each other, and progress step by step.
