My Makeup Process: Behind the Scenes and On Set

About My Process: On Set & In Studio
Working on a professional set means speed and precision are non-negotiable. I focus on maintaining a consistent base that holds up under studio lights, while being ready to adjust textures, graphic liners, or styling on the fly as the photographer and stylist tweak the shot.
When you're dealing with long hours under studio lights, the makeup needs more than just a good look—it needs durability. My process is built around speed and adaptability. I carry a full professional kit with brands like Kryolan, PAC, and MAC to ensure I can handle everything from high-definition natural bases to intense graphic liners and 3D textures.
On set, I don't just apply makeup and leave. I stay on standby to monitor for shine, flyaways, or smudges, working closely with the stylist and photographer to match the vibe of every frame. Whether we are doing an editorial fashion campaign, an experimental body paint session, or a commercial shoot, I treat the face and body as a canvas that needs to tell a story. If you need makeup that stays flawless through 4-6 changes in an 8-hour shift, or someone who can collaborate on abstract themes like tribal or futuristic looks, let's connect. I am based in Mumbai but travel pan-India for projects that require this level of detail.
